- Please select three hotels in order of preference by writing
1, 2 & 3 in the rightmost column
- For the convenience of delegates, shuttle coach transportation has
been arranged between hotels to the Convention venue and venues for
the social events.
General Terms & Conditions for Hotel Bookings
- Hotel rooms have been secured at a special tariff for IITC
2007 participants. All participants should book their rooms at
the earliest to ensure confirmation.
- The tariffs mentioned are valid for the duration on the
Convention.
- The official Check-in time is 12:00 hrs and Check-out time
at the hotels is 12:00 hrs.
- International participants are to ensure that their
passports, travel documents and visas are valid for travel.
- Participants are advised to take their own travel insurance
policies before departure from the country of origin. The
Organizers/KW Conferences do not take responsibility for any
individual, medical, travel or personal insurance.
Payment Terms for Reserving Hotel Accommodation
- Hotel room booking requests should be received by KW
Conferences Pvt Ltd not later than 15th November 2007 to ensure
availability.
- The participant’s card will be charged for one night at the
time of booking. In case of cancellations there will be no
refunds. Participant’s will pay the room tariff for the
remaining nights directly to the hotel.
Payment will be accepted only with demand draft or by credit
card.
- Booking requests will be confirmed on receipt of payments –
either through online payment gateway, demand draft or must be
accompanied by the participant's credit card details. In cases
where the card details are provided through mail/fax, bookings
will be confirmed subject to receipt of the payment for one
night after verification and clearance with the card company.
- Participants are required to advise their final flight
information no later than 15th November 2007.
